When someone calls me to talk about their DUI case, I talk to them for as long as we need to talk. If I cannot talk when they first call, I may have someone call or I may call them myself.
I say: “I can talk a little later;” “I am in the middle of court;” or “I am working with a client.” However, I will find time to talk to them and answer all their questions, until they are done with questions.
Then, if they still have questions that day, the next day, or a few days later, they are always welcome to e-mail or call me. I give everybody my cell number. I am very easy to reach. I am local. I grew up in the Bay Area. I have lived here most of my life.
I have been doing this for over 31 years. My entire practice is DUI and driving defense. So I am someone who is experienced. I actually care about people. I treat my clients like family members, with respect. I care about them, and I care about their cases. I care about their futures.
I spend a lot of time talking with my clients, finding out what their greatest concerns are and answering their questions. I am the one who handles their case if they hire me, and I think that is important. I do not have associates handling the case of a client who hires me.
I am the one who returns your phone calls. Once you hire me, I am the one who sets the hearing at the DMV. I am the one who does the DMV hearing. I am the one who does the trial. You hire me, you get me.
