33-Year-Old Resident Of San Carlos Pleads Guilty To Felony Drunk Driving Charges

SAN CARLOS – On Wednesday, 33-year-old Patrick Scott Shimanoff, who is a repeat DUI offender, pleaded no contest to felony drunk driving charges with 3 DUI convictions on the deal of serving no more than 3 years in prison.

His driver’s license was suspended and he was already on probation for a series of 3 DUI convictions that took place in the year 2017. On 4th of October, he crashed his vehicle into a parked car in the 800 block of Cordilleras Avenue and escaped the accident spot.
