SAN CARLOS – On Wednesday, 33-year-old Patrick Scott Shimanoff, who is a repeat DUI offender, pleaded no contest to felony drunk driving charges with 3 DUI convictions on the deal of serving no more than 3 years in prison.
His driver’s license was suspended and he was already on probation for a series of 3 DUI convictions that took place in the year 2017. On 4th of October, he crashed his vehicle into a parked car in the 800 block of Cordilleras Avenue and escaped the accident spot.
The individuals who were present at the accident spot told the cops that Shimanoff’s condition was like a Zombie. Blood was drawn to check the BAC level which showed it at 0.31 percent.
He is summoned to court on 7th of March for sentencing. He is still in jail with his bond set at $200,000.
