52-Year-Old San Francisco Man Arrested For Alleged DUI In North Bay

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – 52-year-old Jacky Shiuman Chow was taken into custody on suspicion of driving drunk and hitting 2 vehicles in separate hit-and-run collisions.

On Saturday, Chow hit a car near the intersection of Old Redwood Highway and North McDowell Boulevard and escaped the accident spot. The accident happened at about 3:45 p.m. and the police was made aware of it.

After some time, a second accident was reported and the description of the vehicle matched the one involved in the first accident.

The cops saw Chow’s vehicle near the Petaluma police station and tried to stop him, but he escaped. He stopped after his vehicle crashed into a parked truck near the intersection of Petaluma Boulevard North and Prospect Street.

A blood test showed he was behind the wheel with 0.16 BAC level, which is more than two times the legal limit allowed for driving.
