SEBASTOPOL – On Sunday, 65-year-old Lopa Roy was taken into custody for a felony DUI that left 2 individuals with non-life threatening injuries.
Police were reported about the accident around 5:09 p.m. and the location was Bodega Avenue and Ragle Road.
Roy was driving under the influence of alcohol. Her vehicle came in the way of a Toyota and struck it.
The person behind the wheel and a passenger in the Toyota sustained injuries.
Roy was also taken to hospital after the cops charged her for the offense.
