Attorney Aaron Bortel comments on an article in www.Entrepreneur.com about a research claiming the UBER services lead to decrease in DUI deaths.
I would expect DUI’s to decrease in any area where UBER has a large presence. Taking UBER has become second nature to many who go out and drink on a regular basis. UBER is easier than finding a Cab in the SF Bay Area and I have many friends and clients who use it regularly. I’ve had a number of clients who tell me they always take UBER and they wish they did so the night of their arrest.
