According to the Palo Alto Fire Department, the car with the drunk driver veered off of Boyce Avenue into a home. That home was scheduled for demolition next week for a remodel.

Police Agent Cynthia Kono said that as a result of the crash, a man in his 30s was struck in front of the house and rushed to Stanford Hospital’s emergency room. Sources told that he suffered from moderate injuries and is expected to survive. He belongs to San Francisco.
