Suspected drunk driver runs into parked car in Hayward

HAYWARD – California Highway Patrol said that a suspected driver driving under the influence ran into a parked car at a residential neighborhood in Hayward on the morning of 1st January 2014.

Police officers reached at 500 block of Grove Way and they found a silver sedan on top of a green Ford Mustang at about 5:40 a.m. The driver of the vehicle was taken to a hospital for unknown injuries.

According to the California Highway Patrol, no other individual was harmed in the accident.

The neighborhood is located near the BART tracks and state Highway 185.
