The injuries were not serious.

According to CHP Officer Jon Sloat said, Stevenson was not present on the accident spot, but the cops succeeded in taking him into custody.

The injured woman told the cops that Stevenson forced her to travel with him; he forced her to sit in his car as she was standing outside a homeless shelter in San Francisco.

They both were taken to Petaluma Valley Hospital, where Stevenson was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence and kidnapping. After the treatment of his injuries, he was transferred to Sonoma County Jail.

The case is still under investigation and the cops are trying to know the reason of kidnapping.

It is not confirmed if the woman is still in hospital.
