COLUSA – Armando Martinez Ruiz, who trampled a boy during the Colusa Fair Parade, has been taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.

On 8th of June, the horse which Ruiz was riding left a boy with serious injuries after Ruiz was thrown on the ground.
